EndoFaster 21-42 real time analysis of Helicobacter Pylori & gastric pH (hypochlorhydria) without biopsies

The EndoFaster 21-42 integrates with all standard endoscopes providing REAL TIME analysis of gastric juice; a source of precious information which, provided in real time, enables  endoscopists to improve and integrate gastroscopic examinations by comparing the outcome of visual inspection and chemical testing. Correlation Between pH and Neoplastic Risk Conditions
Investigations have presented a high degree of direct correlation between pH values and the incidence of conditions entailing a neoplastic risk (i.e. glandular atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, endocrine cell hyperplasia and hypergastrinaemia).  Perendoscopic pH testing of gastric Juice shows that it's an effective parameter to detect and recognize pathological conditions entailing a neoplastic risk. This enables both the endoscopist and the pathologist to focus on high risk patients.

High Accuracy in H. Pylori Diagnosis
Gastric carcinoma is one of the most frequent causes of death from cancer in the world. Precancerous conditions (e.g. atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia and hyperplasia of endocrine cells) can develop from multiple causes, including Helicobacter Pylori, genetic factors and environmental factors. Independent clinical trials have confirmed that EndoFaster presents the same diagnostic performance for H. Pylori as a histology test in mapping six biopsies, with high sensitivity and specificity. Instantly comparable data combined with visual inspection improves diagnostic capacity and bioptic sampling strategy. Even the pathologist is alerted of any anomalies.
